Returns & Exchanges

 We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Mandatory Unboxing Video: An unedited parcel-opening video is strictly required to claim a return or refund for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

• If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer after receiving your account details.
